General Eyewear is like no other optician - located in a brick lined Victorian railway arch its curated collection of frames and sunglasses from 1750-1995 are carefully displayed in authentic museum cabinets.
The upper part of the premises contains General Eyewear's historical archive and Design Studio which is also accessible to clients wishing to commission their own frames. General Eyewear's own limited edition collection of frames and sunglasses are handmade in England from vintage Italian acetate. General Eyewear offers extensive repair and reglazing services full range of optical services.
